Some medications, junk food, irregular and unsystematic meals, food in a hurry, or overeating lead to heartburn. Sometimes external factors affect in the form of increased load or weight lifting. Bad habits and chronic stress also take their toll.

Avoid unhealthy fats and fried foods, salty, spicy and overly spiced dishes. Do not abuse bean, sweet and sugar, soda and yeast baking. Eat plenty of meat, lean fish and vegetables - baked or steamed.
